My name is Pelin Ercan, and I am a specialist immigration lawyer.
Born and raised in İzmir, I have always been passionate about justice and advocacy. My journey in law began at Bahçeşehir University, Istanbul, where I earned my Law Degree, laying the foundation for a career dedicated to legal excellence and client-focused solutions.
To broaden my expertise beyond legal frameworks, I pursued an MBA in International Business Administration and Marketing at Southern States University, complemented by a Certificate in International Business Administration from San Diego University.
These experiences have given me a unique perspective on business law, international legal matters, and strategic negotiation.
Since becoming a registered member of the Istanbul Bar Association in 2013, I have actively engaged in both national and international legal discussions. I have participated in specialized programs such as:
